Refund policy

Overview

At Jacob, our number one concern, priority, and goal is ensuring you have a fantastic experience with our brand and products. Due to the nature of our consumable food items, we cannot accept returns for a refund. We understand, however, that there are rare occasions where a return or replacement may be warranted. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there is any issue or concern with your order, as we are dedicated to fairness and customer satisfaction.

General Policy

  1. No Standard Refunds: Generally, we do not offer refunds due to personal taste preference. If you're new to Jacob, we highly recommend you order a 9-pack to start.
  2. Replacements: If there is a problem with the product you received, we will happily replace it to ensure your satisfaction.
  3. Timeframe: Please contact us within seven (7) days of your product being delivered.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@eatjacob.com.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund or replacement request, please email us at support@eatjacob.com, along with the following information: (1) a description of the problem; (2) photos of the product, including the lot code printed on the wrapper; and (3) your order number.
  2. Depending on the circumstances, we may also provide you with a return label so we can inspect the defective product to ensure we can correct the issue going forward.
  3. Please contact us within 7 days of your product being delivered.
