We raise the bar on quality
FAQ
Before the rise of highly processed industrial seed oils (i.e., canola, sunflower, cottonseed), grass-fed tallow reigned supreme in kitchens and restaurants. It was sidelined as cheaper alternatives took over, but with a massive hit to quality and nutrition. Derived from cows that digest nutrient-rich grass, tallow is not just delicious and sustainable; it's packed with vitamins like A, D, E, and K2, and compounds vital for skin health, anti-inflammation, and immune function.
We're championing the return of this superior ingredient for your health.
Grass-fed means the cows eat their natural diet of grass. The alternative (and most commonly used) is grain-fed, meaning the cow was likely grown in a feedlot eating grain and soy (not their natural diet).
A cow foraging outdoors on pasture means a healthier cow, healthier environment, and healthier product. It's the cow's version of eating fresh and staying fit.
This is why we use grass-fed beef tallow, whey protein, and collagen!
Organic honey is the only added sugar in our bar. There are ZERO artificial, refined, or processed sugars in the Jacob bar. Although it is a healthier, more natural option, honey is still considered an "added sugar" to the FDA.
It's a smooth ride of rich (and real) flavors with some natural sweetness from the honey and dates. The texture is soft, easy-to-chew, and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. No weird aftertaste, just pure deliciousness from start to finish.
